This New Contemporary Modern 4/3.5 home features (3) rooms with King beds, (1) Office with a Full Size Bed, Common area with a Sofa pullout Queen size bed. 2 private bathrooms, 1 shared and a half bath. Designer Kitchen with Thermador appliance package, Dining room that can seat 12, Living room with a stone fireplace wall and outside is the Entertainment Pool & Jacuzzi with a covered seating area, BBQ grill area with a sink & beverage fridge, 3 sun loungers, 2 ledge loungers in the pool and there also an outdoor projector & 10' screen. Enjoy!
This home is lived in by us when not being rented out, so we do have belongings in certain areas, however we've left plenty of storage space to fit your needs. Only the 3rd floor is inaccessible during your stay, the owner, which travels a lot, may access this area but he would access the floor through the Elevator in the rear of the home and wouldn't enter the rest of the home you'd be using. To connect to the pool area projector you will need to hookup your own equipment with an HDMI, It does have an apple TV which you can login and use.
Pool can be operated through the iPad located in the kitchen. Lights, Jacuzzi heat & jets, and pool fountains. We ask you do not use the exterior Firepit with asking us first, this is for safety reasons.
We ask that you refrain from using the Elevator unless you have a disability that impedes you from taking stairs. In that instance, let us know and we will show you how to operate it, residential elevators operate a bit differently from those you find in office buildings.
