A private flowered driveway takes you to the back of the villa where you will find a shelter for two cars, parking spaces for visitors and a pétanque court set in the woods behind. A small wrought iron gate allows you to enter the enclosed part of the garden which includes a French garden with fountain, a heated swimming pool of 12 meters over 4 meters, a large part lawn with olive trees and lavender field and the villa with its many terraces (partly covered) in Burgundy stones. The whole is south-facing and offers breathtaking views of 270 degrees as well as unforgettable sunsets, gas BBQ Weber and upscale garden furniture. Inside there is a beautiful entrance hall with cupboard, right side a beautiful living room with fireplace, high speed WiFi (fiberoptic network) and digital TV. Left side a dining room with fully equipped kitchen has central island (dishwasher, fridge and induction oven Gaggenau, Nespresso coffee machine, wine fridge), as well as a scullery with micro wave, washing machine and drier.
