This home is set up with outdoor security cameras at the front door for your peace of mind. There is parking available for two vehicles in the garage. Guests are able to check themselves in using a smart lock.

During the summer months, the Arizona monsoon season brings heavy rain and strong winds which causes the pool to be filled with dirt and debris. As much as possible, we make sure to keep the pool clean and ready before you check in but since this is something we can’t control on our end, please note that a refund due to the pool’s condition during this season will not be possible.

Please note that there are Ring cameras installed outside the property near the side gate (looking at the driveway), the front door (entrance), by the animal coop (to keep them safe), and by the wall where the playground is for security purposes only.
