The home features 2 beautiful king size bedrooms and one queen bedroom upstairs. D There is a rainfall shower and jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom upstairs as well as one additional full bathroom. There is a large flat screen TV in the queen bedroom. Downstairs accessible from street level there are two queen bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, one large sitting area and a full kitchen.
The Carrollton neighborhood is safe and the house is within walking distance (5 blocks) of the street car line. At the corner is a well know and distinctive restaurant, The College Inn. Also within walking distance is the Rock and Bowl. The location is perfect for families, wedding parties and parents visiting college students including Xavier University 1 mile away and Notre Dame Seminary less than 1 mile away.
