2 Bedroom Villa with View, Ocean View and Sports
A Luxury villa on a hilltop with extensive views of the sea the surrounding hills and mountains in the distance. A very private infinity pool and patio for unoverlooked swimming and sunbathing. Government licensed (EOT4179/2013. A secluded villa set in a plot of approx. 2000 sq. m with mature gardens laid in lawns, shrubs, palm, pine and olive trees. The varying sunsets are breath taking. The plot is secured with railings and accessed via an electric gate and small walking gate. There is a carport for two cars but also a drive for several more cars. The garden and pool are tended every week (Please note the deep end of the pool is 2.7 m and the shallow end is 1.2 m).The upper apartment is the Owner's accommodation which is not occupied during lettings. The lower apartment has a large patio. On the patio for alfresco dining there is a large table with 6 chairs which could sit 8-10 people and a smaller table with four chairs. There is also a bar with stools and a small refrigerator. There is a portable gas barbecue and a table tennis outdoors. There is running water in the property from our own bore hole but it is only suitable for washing! For drinking and cooking we use very inexpensive bottled water ( approx. euro 1.20 for 6X1.5 ltr. pack). Hot water is provided by solar panels. There are air-condition units fitted throughout the property also has ceiling fans. Free Wi-Fi.
