The living room with floor to ceiling windows featuring a sleeper sofa. Gourmet kitchen with 5 burner cooktop and convection oven, ice-maker in freezer and filtered water. Coffee maker, air fryer, all the dishes you need to make your favorite meal! Or go downstairs to one of the several bbq areas around the building! Sip a drink of choice at the massive kitchen island using the bar stools while enjoying the views. You can also look right into Petco Park to watch the game or any event they have going on! There is a large walk-in closet with dresser and custom shelving for all your clothes, shoes and purses, and an en-suite bathroom with quartzite counters and a large shower. There are plenty of towels, shampoo conditioner shower gel, Q-tips cotton balls and a hairdryer. The second bedroom has a memory foam gel queen size platform bed with a view of the city.. Bathroom with large bath/ shower, vanity with lots of cabinetry and a spacious walk-in closet. For extra guests we have two inflatable beds that can fit in master bedroom or living room with comfortable mattresses and bedding. This high rise is known for the outstanding GAME ROOM on the 1st floor including virtual golf simulator, putting green, bowling, pool table, ping pong table, card and game tables, basketball hoop and arcade games, fun for ALL! The tower hosts several retail shops at ground level including Carmelita's Mexican Restaurant, Hey Sugar Dessert Shop, Nail Salon, Achilles Coffee, Holy Matcha Tea, Yoga Studio, East Village Brewery and CVS Pharmacy. Korean BBQ and Pilates Studio coming Spring 2023! There are extra pool towels to bring down to either the seventh floor pool with jacuzzi, 2 bbq’s, a fire pit adjacent to the clubhouse with a kitchen, TV’s, fireplace and restrooms. Or use the second lounge room on the other side of the pool featuring comfortable sofas, table and chairs, a pool table, foosball table, TV’s and more restrooms. The second pool is located across skybridge on the 2nd floor and offers bbq's, firepit, hot tub and clubhouse with kitchen and TV's.
