This country house has been renovated to an exceptional standard, from the spacious 70 square meter contemporary kitchen through to the well equipped gym and designer chandelier in the entrance hall. The owners have also invested a lot in security for the property. Not to mention the heated swimming pool (open May to September - exact dates weather dependent) and 8 person hot tub available year round. The large gardens include an expanse of lawn as well as plenty of outdoor seating on the patio to enjoy the BBQ and garden bar in comfort by the pool. The gated driveway provides plenty of parking space.
The main house accommodates 5 bedrooms with a 6th sleeping space located in the annexe. The main entrance hall in the house leads off to the vast kitchen, a chef’s paradise and perfect for entertaining – it is very well equipped including a central island, gas hobs, American fridge/freezer and 3 ovens. A breakfast bar, TV, feature fireplace and a seating area that opens out to the pool with bi-fold doors finish off the space. Also on the ground floor is a formal dining room seating 14, a lounge and a further sitting room that leads out to the conservatory, all with comfortable seating. The generously equipped gym, 2 WCs and an office space complete the the ground floor. Upstairs are 5 bedrooms, all equipped with king size beds. The master bedroom includes an ensuite with bath, separate shower, WC and basin. The second bedroom also has an ensuite shower-room with shower, WC and basin. Also on this level are 2 family bathrooms; the main one includes a large jacuzzi bath, separate shower, his & hers basins as well as a WC, the second includes a bath with shower, WC and basin (dressing room in the floor plan is inaccessible). The annexe features a further sleeping space with 2 sofa beds, a kitchen and shower-room including shower, WC and basin to complete the accommodation.
