The spacious master bedroom has a sitting area and large en suite bath with seated shower. The second bedroom is next to the second bath which includes a whirlpool tub. All counter tops in baths and kitchen are granite. The kitchen is fully equipped and features cherry cabinetry along with a gas range. There is also a pantry in the kitchen. Except for the master bedroom which is carpeted, all floors are either wood or tile. A double sided gas fireplace is visible from the foyer, LR, DR and kitchen. Included is air conditioning, outdoor gas grill, high speed internet, cable TV, and a washer and dryer in separate laundry room. The private balcony is accessible from 3 different rooms: foyer, living room and master bedroom. The balcony is furnished with table and chairs (and grill) and decorated with geraniums in planters. This is a perfect spot for breakfast with 5th floor views of the surrounding mountains in the distance. There is one covered parking space on the premises.
