This is a very private brand new 330 m2 luxury condo. in the most prestigious area of Playa La Ropa Beach with a fantastic view of the ocean/bay/beach and mountains where you can have a drink and relax in our infinity pool or enjoy a BBQ in our own private patio/garden and/or participate in all the sports offered at the beach area only 10 minutes away. This unique condo. is in a very exclusive area where at night you can visit several gourmet restaurants offering a wide array of local and international dishes with beautiful romantic views.
The condo has 3 bedrooms each with its own private bathroom plus half bathroom in living area. You will enjoy beautiful ocean/ bay/beach and mountain views from your bed or balconies or from your living, dining and kitchen areas.
In addition, we also have a separate new spacious studio available on the same floor with the same decor and finishes as the big condo. Summary: We had a scare when the day before we were to arrive, friends already in Pierre's smaller condo informed us that there was a guest (Pat) staying a month in Pierre's larger condo (the one we had booked and fully paid for). Fortunately, without help from either Pierre or the property manager, we were able to work out an arrangement with him. Pat temporarily moved into the smaller condo, our friends (a couple) moved from the smaller place and joined us and another couple in the 3 bedroom place. As of today (one week after we left Pierre's place) we have not received an apology or an offer to reimburse anyone for this near disaster. The condo itself was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.
