This beautiful 6 bedroom villa is located in the Kalamar district of Kalkan, and combines a stunning combination of beautiful contemporary interiors and magnificent sea views from not only its spacious pool terrace but also from all its five bedrooms. Below the pool terrace there is also a games room and gym. Only about 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of town it is an ideal choice for large groups not wishing to use a vehicle .
The ground floor accomodation comprises of a large well -equipped open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area, which opens on to the massive pool terrace. There is also a seperate w.c. for communal use.
The beautiful infinity pool is 11 x 4.5 metres in dimensions and has a depth of 1.7 metres. There is a jacuzzi pool adjacent to the main pool for guests to enjoy. Everything is provided for guests maximum enjoyment, including an al fresco dining area, BBQ and sunloungers. Pool can be heatable for low seasons. Price is £35 per day. On the first floor there are three bedrooms , two double and one twin, all with en-suite bathrooms and balconies, and one double bedroom has a luxurious jacuzzi.
