3 Bedroom Cabin with Parking, Pool and TV
Our waterside lodge in Pagham at Church Farm is very spacious and located on a private gated road at Lagoon View.
It has a wrap around large decking with direct views of the lagoon. Only minuets walk to the Beach and Nature Reserve with no need for any vehicles everything is in walking distance.
The lodge has three large bedrooms. Master Bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms have two full size three foot single beds together with plenty of wardrobe space. There is also a family bathroom with a full size bath and overhead shower with toilet and basin. The lounge and dining areas are spacious with free standing furniture, a smart TV on wall and an electric affect fire for those colder evenings.
The Kitchen area is open plan to the lounge and is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, 5 burner hob, built in double oven and microwave together with plenty of crockery, kitchen utensils and cupboard space.
- No smoking in or around the caravan at anytime.
- Electric cars are not allowed to be charged from the caravan. If reported by Haven an extra charge will be required of £100.
- No BBQs should be used on any part of the decking or veranda, for safety reasons and to avoid damage or discolouration.
- Towels, tea towels supplied along with bed linen included with beds made up on arrival.
- PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED - they need to be purchased directly from the Activities hub on arrival.
- Arrivial day is MONDAY with DEPARTURE day being FRIDAY - 4 day minimum stay
- 1 Week availability upon request (Saturday - Saturday)
