The house has recently been refurnished to a really high standard. All furniture and units in the house are brand new and the house has a very modern feel to it.
Get ready for it to be all yours. A separate good sized kitchen , A lounge /dining area with a smart TV 42”and access to Netflix prime.
There are 3 bedrooms. 2 with double sized beds and 1 with single bed all located on the 1st floor.
There is free parking located on the road and a bus stop located just outside the house which takes you directly to the city centre or beach within 15 minutes. AMEX stadium is 5 minutes drive away.
