The Space:

Upon arrival, a flight of stairs leads you to the main floor where a spacious hall welcomes you, accompanied by the first bathroom on the left. Continuing through the property, you'll discover a generous living room adorned with cozy armchairs and sofas, complemented by a dining room featuring a grand table. The kitchen, conveniently connected with a bar, facilitates seamless communication between both rooms. The dining and living areas extend onto a terrace, where you'll find two additional outdoor tables, a swimming pool, sun loungers, a barbecue, and breathtaking panoramic views of the entire Gulf of Rosas and the Emporda plain.
Ascending to the second floor via the staircase, you'll encounter a complete bathroom with a shower and bathtub. On this level, there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. For an added treat, continue to the next floor, where a spacious en-suite double room awaits, accompanied by a bathroom with a shower and a small terrace offering mesmerizing panoramic views.
Additionally, the property features an independent apartment on the ground floor, accessible from both sides of the property. Upon entering through the main door (located on the far side of the pool), you'll find a long corridor. Along the corridor, on the left side, there is a room with two single beds. Further along, you'll discover the bathroom, the only one on this floor, followed by a small kitchen. The apartment connects to another room with a double bed and a dining room. Expansive windows and doors flood the space with natural light and grant access to a large terrace equipped with a barbecue.

Welcome to Can Isaac, a luxurious urbanization nestled in Palau Saverdera. Experience the tranquility of this peaceful neighborhood, known for its uncrowded streets. One of the remarkable features of this urbanization is its Neolithic settlement and the discovery of several dolmens in the late 80s. Today, you can explore this piece of history by taking a leisurely walk within the urbanization, without the need for a car.
Situated in the Alt Empordà region, Palau-Saverdera is a charming town with a population of around 1,500 residents. It is nestled at the foothills of the southern slopes of Sierra Verdera and borders the towns of Roses, Port de la Selva, La Selva de Mar, Pau, and Castelló d'Empuries.
Much of the town is enveloped by the natural parks of Cap de Creus and Aiguamolls del'Empordà, with several protected natural areas designated by the Xarxa Natura 2000.

Cancellation and collection policy
When making your reservation, you will be charged €3 to check the card and to cover the management costs in case of cancellation. If it is not canceled, these €3 will become part of the total payment of the reservation. If you cancel before 14 days for your registration, you will only be charged the €3 administration costs.
14 days before your registration, you will be charged 50% of the value of the reservation, which will not be refunded (of this first payment) if you cancel between days 14 and 7 before your registration.
7 days before your registration, the remaining 50% of the total value of the reservation will be charged. If you cancel in the period between 7 days and the same day of registration, the total value of the reservation will not be refunded.
