The Duinhof Cadzand penthouse is located the extreme southwest of the Netherlands, in the coastal resort of Cadzand-Bad. The penthouse is situated non the fourth floor (the top floor) of this apartment complex, which was built in 2017. You can reach the penthouse with a lift from the parking garage in the basement, where you'll have two private parking spaces at your disposal. The penthouse has a surface of 150 m2 and is really quite spacious for 5 people. The spacious living room with high ceiling is very bright thanks to the large windows on both walls. There's stylish seating area and a smart TV. In the large dining area, also located in the spacious open living area, you'll find a large dining table. Next to that, you'll find the luxurious, open plan kitchen, which is fully equipped. The raw, concrete back wall gives the kitchen a trendy and industrial look. The kitchen island with sink features a bar with two bar stools. There are three bedrooms in the penthouse. Two of the bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double washbasin. One of the en-suite bathrooms also has a toilet. The bedrooms feature double Auping box-spring beds and a TV. The third bedroom is equipped with a solid bunk bed. Opposite this bedroom, you'll find the third bathroom, which offers a bathtub and washing basin. In the hallway you'll find a separate toilet. There also is a storage room with washing machine and dryer. There are two furnished balconies where you can enjoy the sun. If you're coming between May and September, you'll have a beach cabin at your disposal at just a few minutes by foot from the penthouse. Here you can store your things, so that you don't have to carry them from and to the house every day. There's also a cot and and a high chair in the penthouse.
