Sparkling new construction completed summer 2023- this luxurious five bedroom, four and a half bath home has everything you and your family could dream of in a vacation rental. Gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances throughout, a large open floor plan with separate lounging rooms for kids and adults, as well as a home office so you can take care of business. You will love the home gym, oversized pool, in-ground hot tub, private beach and more to create the magical family memories that will last a lifetime!
The backyard is the perfect setting for fun and relaxation. Whether you are doing laps in your private heated pool or soaking your worries away in the spacious hot tub, we have you covered. Get you competitive juices fired up with a pickleball tournament on your private court or play some one-on-one on your basketball court. In the evenings, bring the family out to the large wood-burning fire pit to roast s'mores, or have a glass of wine with friends by the gas fire table. For the grill-masters, the outdoor area features a large gas grill and a Big Green Egg (charcoal and smoker).
The interior of the property is spacious, elegant, and luxurious with an open concept and natural light streaming through the home. The expertly designed floor plan allows you to bring the family together in the spacious great room or send the kids off to have some fun in their own "wing" with a rec room equipped with a big screen television and ping pong table. The West side of the home has a Master and Guest Master bedroom on the main floor, both with king beds and gorgeous en-suite bathrooms. Upstairs you'll find a loft area equipped with a Peloton, weight set, and plenty of light and space for a sweat or yoga. Office space as well to catch up on email or to work after a day at the beach!
The East side of the home has a mudroom equipped with cubbies and double washers and dryers. An outdoor and indoor shower to rinse off the sand and the kid's rec room. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms and a spiral staircase up to a bonus loft space for your kids to "camp." One bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen and full bed, and the third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. Full bathroom in hallway.
