I have owned this duplex for 19 years and it is very well maintained. The front deck is perfect for your morning coffee and the evening enjoying a relaxing end to your day. The southend of Ocean City is quieter than the boardwalk area. It is an easy drive to the boardwalk or riding your bike.

On the ground level, there is a cabana with a private shower and a private garage with 6 beach chairs and beach umbrella. I also offer 6 beach tags for your use which many landlords do not offer.
