The condo not only has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, but also has a Smart TV in living area with Direct TV, sound system, WiFi , and a reverse osmosis water system in the kitchen and bathrooms. A brand new washer and dryer is available. There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom with a full ocean view, and a king sized bed in the guest bedroom with a full ocean view looking north along the coast. The property has a gated 24-hour security guard with a covered parking lot and 2 reserved parking spaces. Restaurants are within walking distance and shopping areas close by. No pets allowed and no children under eight years old.
