Built in 2016, this home boasts a setting like no other, just about a mile and a half from Alki Beach and an easy six-mile drive from downtown Seattle. The grounds are perfectly scenic, with a koi pond by the front door, tall firs and colorful foliage framing the view, and multiple patios for alfresco breakfasts and glasses of wine at sunset.
As you enter, you'll be greeted by an entirely open living space that showcases the breathtaking view through a rear wall of glass. The boundary between inside and out seems to disappear, especially when you slide open the doors to a gorgeous covered patio with a gas grill, seating for dining and lounging, and a gas-powered firepit to keep you warm in the evenings.
The rest of the main floor includes a living room with two-story ceilings, a dining room bathed in light, a chic kitchen with a 17-foot waterfall island, and a den with a TV and a desk for working from home. There's a second living room downstairs, offering a gas fireplace and even a treadmill for your morning workouts.
Of the three sound-facing bedrooms, each has direct access to the outdoors. Commanding the top floor is a beautiful primary suite with a private patio, an open-air bath, and its own bathroom with a steam shower.
