Located in a 7.000 sq mts property at the heart of Majorca, between the towns of Inca, Costitx and Sineu, just 25 minutes from Palma and Port de Alcudia, this beautiful villa with pool, ample terraces and stunning gardens offers a splendid position from which to discover the most traditional and natural side of Majorca without renouncing the allure of its white sand beaches and crystal clear waters.
Whilst outdoors it’s the striking swimming pool, terraces and idyllic gardens that catch the eye, the charming interior of the house is emphasized by the five bedrooms decorated with care and equipped with A/C and heating, the living room with fireplace and open-plan kitchen, the three bathrooms and the lovely foyer that welcomes one home. The house is also equipped with high-speed wireless Internet access, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, dishwasher, washing machine, and a full sized barbecue outside as well as ample parking space for several vehicles.
The location of the villa in the central part of the island, knowns as the Pla de Mallorca (Majorca Plain), provides convenient and close access to all kinds of towns, sceneries and activities.
