Looking for a gathering place for your large family or group? We have combined our two most sought after properties, Historic Cragsmere Manor and The French Quarter Inn less than 5 minutes apart from each other, to give you the ultimate mountain vacation experience. The Mountains two finest, most luxurious homes to enjoy for your group event. The combination of these two beautiful estate properties has received raved reviews from guests. The best of all that the mountain has to offer, the beautiful views of the mountains and valley, plenty of space inside to spread out with dining space for all to enjoy, plenty of outdoor dining options and seating, plus games, ping pong and hot tubs!! The pavilion at Cragsmere will also come with complimentary tables and chairs for your group to use and use of the catering kitchen and bathrooms!
Upon entering your home you are already at peace enjoying the music that is playing, the fresh beautiful mountain fragrance and the impeccable cleanliness of the home. Both homes will welcome guests with baskets of goodies from popcorn, granola bar, easy breakfast items to enjoy.
Cragsmere Manor is over 4200 sq feet of the Mountains finest in luxury vacation stays. Historic and refinement. Open, spacious and accommodating for large groups, weddings and events. (weddings and events are subject to additional fees). Spacious lawn, abundance of parking, new oversized firepit and so much more! The kitchen is the largest on the mountain with a double oven, 3 refrigerators, warming drawer, dishwasher, eat in kitchen and dining room table that can seat up to 20! Tons of counter and prep space and the kitchen is fully equipped. The pavilion will also provide some outside tables and chairs, the catering kitchen and outside bathrooms for your use. The French Quarter Inn is refinement, yet cozy and you feel at home. The flavor and style of New Orleans welcomes you. Two downstairs bedrooms includes a luxurious master suite with its own private coffee bar, private porch and swing and marble bathroom with spa tub and glass shower! Fabulous upper game room with poker/black jack table, game table for cards and puzzles and checkers/chess table. In addition to the 5 bedrooms, 2 twin rollaway beds and sofa bed in upper loft. Also a crib and two porta cribs. High chairs and a stroller available.
Guests enjoy most the outdoor space with sunken pool/spa that is perfect for sunset watching for up to 10 guests, outdoor fireplace dining/lounge area for sunsets with an outdoor bed tucked under the trees for wine sipping, morning coffee, napping, reading a book or catching up with a best friend. The screen porch is oversized with a second fireplace, lots of seating and an oversized swinging bed!! Heaven on Earth!
Combined the 2 estates offers corn hole, a hot tub, spa tub, 2 outdoor firepit areas, 2 outdoor fireplaces, pavilion, plenty of deck and patio space for outside dining and enjoyment. Plenty of outdoor toys for the kids, Inside board games, puzzles, coloring books and more.

8. The pavilion is available to enjoy the ping pong, corn hole and seating to soak in the views. If your group desires the rental of our tables and chairs, please inquire. If this property is intended to use for a wedding or to accommodate more than 35 people, please contact management for information on event rental.
Sanitary and safety standards require that the hot tub is drained, sanitized, refilled, and chemically treated in between each guest. This is a 3 hour process in total. As typically our hot tub is cleaned every 7-10 days within past safety guidelines, these type of restrictions are draining our resources. If you book with us, we will add a hot tub fee of $50 for and the tub will be filled and ready for your enjoyment! Thank you for understanding that we are doing our best to keep up with everything regarding your safety.

Located between DeSoto state park, walking distance to the boy scout park, near all summer camps, short drive to Fort Payne, de Soto Caverns, Falls and Mentone. Nearby canoeing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, wildlife all over our property and so much more. If you miss the city, Chattanooga is only about an hour away, Huntsville and hour and a half and Birmingham and Atlanta less than 2. Scottsboro 45 min with Cathedral Caverns, Unclaimed Baggage, Walls of Jericho and beautiful Bucks Pocket Park.

1. All guests are required to submit their ID to bookedmentone@gmail.com and complete our guest rental agreement.
2. Additional Fees:
$150 Insurance includes up to $200 damage insurance (at time of booking)
$75 Pet Fee if Applies $35 2nd pet (if applicable). A pet reservation form must be completed.
3. For wedding reservations, you must book direct. Wedding packages can not be booked through Airbnb or VRBO.

Guests receive thorough communications about all things pertaining to their home and destination prior to the trip. It is important that guests read all communications sent. Housekeeping is on call during your stay.
