The space
This is a 10000 sq foot duplex in a gated community just a few miles to Panama city beaches. No shared space even the pool is all yours! The circle drive will easily accommodate 5 cars. The game room is huge with lots of toys to keep the youth ( or young at heart) entertained. Private foyer is all yours as well. Photos were taken 2025 in June. Deep Cleaned after every stay! 4 bathrooms 3 en-suite, one hallway bath is full and is located right next to four full sized bunk beds all with there own flat screen! Outdoor fenced private pool with seating for 16 complete with grill. Indoor seating at bar and dining area for 16. A very livable place with sturdy luxury and turley comfortable living, dining, cooking and game room to boot!
