On most weekends you can even see the hot air balloons in the distance and at night hear music form local wineries . The home itself sits on a small vineyard of Zinfandel, Tempernillo, and Cabernet. Close to wedding locations such as Villa de Amore. The property is adorned with peppercorn trees. It offers incredible views of the city lights , the sunset, and vineyards and sits only 2 minutes from wine tasting, blueberry picking (seasonal), golf, spas, and hot air ballooning. Only ten minutes to Old Town (which hosts a fantastic Saturday morning farmers market) as well. Great for families or couples.
The home offers 4 bedrooms, a dining area which seats 8 , kitchen, game room, and large backyard open air dining area with a redwood deck.
