Summary: Sheila, owner, met us at the appointed time to give us the fob and point out important things to know in her condo. She said washer didnt work-which we were counting on-a disappointment but worked out OK. Well stocked kitchen, nice little screened back porch, and she made pantry and frig contents available to us. We didnt use but was kind of her to offer. Her wifi was spot-on. The back gate of the condo facility opens onto a huge and spectacularly beautiful Payne Park and the trail head for the Legacy Trail is also right there. A great stay and we highly recommend. Would hope to stay there again when we return to Sarasota.
