The front terrace has a lounge area and well as a dining table for 10 people. There are 3 sun loungers on this side. There is a weber barbeque (coal). This terrace overlooks the shared garden and swimming pool (25x10m) and has a direct access. The back terrace has a Ping-Pong table. There is also a tennis court, a boule court and three designated parking spaces (2 outside, 1 in a shared garage).
The master bedroom (aircon) has a beautiful sea view, a Queen bed (160cm), plenty of wardrobes, and an ensuite shower room. The 2nd bedroom (Dyson fan) with a sea view has a Queen bed (160cm) with a wardrobe. The 3rd bedroom (aircon) has a double bed (140cm) and a wardrobe. It's equipped with fridge/freezers, two dishwashers, gas hob with 5 burners, oven, micro-oven, and all the small appliances you could need including Nespresso machine, bread toaster, citrus juicer, kettle, Kitchenaid robot, blender, etc. Next to the kitchen there is a utility room with a washer, dryer, a second fridge/freezer and wine fridge. Both the kitchen and the utility room leads out to the terrace.
