This beautiful shipping container conversion offers a cozy spot for sleeping and an upstairs viewing deck situated right in the center of our small family farm. Lookout over livestock grazing through green pastures. Catch the roses in bloom in early spring or a tropical feel in summer and fall. Kid friendly play areas. The space
Unit #2 "The Rose" Sleeps a max of 2 adults and 1 child. Queen sized bed, half bath (sink, vanity and toilet) as well as a kitchenette with mini fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker and oversized farm sink. Exclusive use of the private bathhouse located just behind the rental. A front porch hammock swing and the most amazing upstairs deck area and bistro set for the perfect view of the rising or setting sun. Guest have access to the pond side playset and seesaw as well as the firepit courtyard and grill in front of the airbnb's. Located just fifteen minutes from downtown Wilmington we have the perfect location to keep you out of the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to make several trips to town in a day if you wished. Only thirty minutes from several local beaches; Wrightsville, Carolina and Kure Beach all within a half hour drive. Enjoy the view as cows graze by your window, chickens, pigs and piglets even a naughty goat just beyond your door. ..

Please Note .. We can not allow ANY visiting animals on the farm or in the rentals EVER. It is the job of the resident livestock guardian dogs to prevent predators and unfamiliar animals from entering the farm property and they will do so with force and without hesitation.
Our rentals have a two adult maximum occupancy, including children over the age of 12 years.
Our rentals have a one child maximum including infants. No exceptions.
