3BR, 2 full bathrooms upstairs. The upstairs foyer includes a chase large enough for a child/young adult. In addition, the family room has a two sofas. One is a full size sofa bed. The property has a full kitchen.
Private Front and Side Entrance. Private side yard, back yard is reserved for owner storage and access.
There is an attached occupied mother-in-law suite that does not share any indoor or outdoor space with this rental. Parking is street parking in front of house.
House location is equidistant from Saint Simons Island and Jekyll Island GA. (Approx. 10 mins), and is a 5 minute bike ride to downtown Brunswick for dining, cocktails, and the Brunswick Marina.
