This is a newly renovated three level home in the heart of East Kendall. It is designed to accommodate 10 people, while still giving every guest plenty of privacy and space. Our relaxing backyard boasts a salt-water pool system and private sport court.
This house is located in a very nice, peaceful, and quiet neighborhood. Additionally, for our golf lovers, there is a golf course located steps away. In this centric neighborhood you are a short drive away from: popular malls (Dadeland Mall, Sunset Place, The Falls), Baptist Hospital, major universities (UM, FIU, MDC), supermarkets (Publix, Whole Foods, Milam’s, Target, Fresh Market), major expressways, Metro Station, the airport, Zoo Miami, Vizcaya, Deering Estate, the night life, movie theaters, restaurants, and more. Matheson Hammock, South Beach /Biscayne /Parrot Jungle /Miami Seaquarium, and Downtown/Brickell are only 20-30 minutes away. Also easy access to Miami International, located just 18 minutes away.
The home comfortably sleeps 10 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds, the fourth bedroom has a queen bed, and the fifth bedroom has a queen bed. We also have a crib, high chair, and a queen-sized air mattress in the house available upon request. For those working from home, there is an office with strong WIFI signal for work and children’s online school activities. Further, you will experience luxury living with our fully equipped kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances. The kitchen includes an air fryer, coffee machine, blender, pots and pans, cooking basics, etc. In addition, you will have full access to a washer, dryer, clean sheets, hair dryer, clothing iron, and dishwasher in the home. The house includes a professional pool table, outdoor grill, wireless Internet, Smart TV, and Amazon fire stick. There is keypad entrance and plenty of parking in the driveway.
RULES: *** STRICTLY ENFORCED ***
We DO NOT allow parties (NO bachelor or bachelorette parties, college students on spring break or fraternities, or any party). Quiet hours begin after 9:00 PM. All other times, we ask that you keep it at a reasonable level since this is a family oriented neighborhood. No Pets. Children must never be left unaccompanied in the inside or outside area of the home. No diving in the pool. Pool gate must remain closed when not in use. Following Miami- Dade County regulations, a list of all guests who will be staying in the house must be provided. We must also be notified of anyone who comes to visit the house. We only allow up to 10 people on the property (including children). Please stay within the property’s limits. You may not trespass into the neighbors’ properties. We ask that you please remain respectful and courteous to those who live within the neighborhood.
We ask that you do not engage in excessive drinking. No form of any recreational drugs or smoking anywhere inside the property.
Pursuant to Sections 280, 281 and 283 of Chapter 21 of the Code of Miami-Dade County, Please be aware that since this vacation rental property is within 2,500 feet of a school, the guests are required to inform the host if any transient occupant has a record of sexual offense. Host must be notified on time of booking. Host is allowed to obtain confirmation of a nationwide search from the Miami-Dade County Police Department or other law enforcement agency that the prospective transient occupant is or is not a sexual offender or sexual predator. Failure to notify host, may result in a fine up to $10,000 USD.
EXTRA DETAILS/RULES:
There is also a water filter located adjacent to the house in the yard within a small building. Do NOT open the room and do NOT turn off the system. The home has a septic tank. Therefore, please ONLY flush toilet paper down the toilet. NO sanitary napkins, tampons, flush-able wipes, pampers, etc may be flushed to avoid the risk of clogging the system. Some switches in the home are labeled; please do not turn them off. Some kitchen cabinets are designed to not open; they are labeled as so and please do not pull on them. Do NOT place any non-suitable items in the sink's garbage disposal (such as egg/shrimp shells, plastics, etc). Do NOT lean or sit on the stairs' railings that are found within and outside the home. Please make sure to turn off the gas stove after use, ensuring the knobs are on the closed setting.
LIABILITY: Any damage for not following any rules we have set forth will result in you becoming liable for any issues or repairs. We are not liable for any injuries/issues that occur.
SECURITY CAMERAS: The home has some cameras covering the outside areas of the property ONLY. These are to remain on at all times for security purposes of the property and the guests.
COVID-19: The home is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between every guest that stays with disinfectants and UVC light disinfection technology to kill mold and viruses. The health and safety of our guests is our number one priority!
