Main level has a full XL size bedroom and access to bathroom with combination tub/shower. Upstairs is a king bed in a loft, and a second bathroom on that level. You will definitely enjoy the rocking chair front porch for relaxation after a full day at the beach or shopping in the village. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker. Off the family room is a screened in back porch.
Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas.
