Cocoonr agency offers you this magnificent holiday home built around 1930 in the commune of Cancale, with uninterrupted views of the sea, the Ile des Mouettes, the Ile des Rimains and the Mont St Michel in the distance on a clear day. Wi-Fi included (fibre optics).
With a surface area of 300 m², it can accommodate up to 6 travellers. You'll appreciate the magnificent volumes of the different rooms and its style, which blends 1930s architecture with modern decoration. It has a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a large garden.
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor :
- A large living room with TV (fireplace not working), two lounges with sofa, armchairs and a dining room.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and American fridge.

- Bedroom 1 with sea-view balcony, with double bed (140x200),

- Bedroom 2 sea view with queen-size bed (180x200), convertible into two single beds and its bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds (90 x 200), convertible into a queen-size double bed (180x200).

- A large terrace overlooking the garden and the sea, with garden furniture (table and chairs).
- A beautiful flower garden.
The area :
A stone's throw from the market town of Cancale, (5 min walk), you will find all the essential shops and boutiques, restaurants, bars, market (on Sunday mornings). The Port de la Houle, famous for its oysters, is less than 15 minutes' walk away. You also have the GR34 which passes at the foot of the house.
Activities :
The house is an ideal starting point to Saint-Malo, the Mont-Saint-Michel, the wild coast with its most beautiful beaches of fine sand: the beach of the orchards to 4kms, the beach of Port Mer 4km and many others.
The GR34 can be reached by leaving the house just below.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park in front of the house (2 vehicles maximum).

- Nearest airport: Rennes 80km
- Seasonal buses - ‘Cancale Eglise’ stop 500 metres away, take you to the beaches along the coast as far as Saint-Malo.
