Positive: Location exceptional for a native of the town…practically on the main square, so shops, cafés etc etc…and general appearance

Negative: The two set of stairs and their being ‘open’ onto the two floors, but especially to the main living area, wouldn’t suit older/ disabled person(or children)…or sleepwalkers😅.The locking system gave unnecessary troubles. The tv’system’ was poor, especially in the accidental absence of a handbook… As a French person visiting my home town, I missed a simpler tv and more sound even when handbook finally appeared after two days. Concierges were helpful and nice, but not on site,so delays. Also got cheerful help from the shop it’s attached to. November stay, heating info needs reviewing, tho’ eventually adequate, except in bathroom
