Our Place on 30A is a stunning townhome with two bedrooms and two and a half baths accommodating up to eight. The spacious open floorplan welcomes you with cozy furnishings and light-filled spaces while natural finishes and soothing hues set the stage in this peaceful retreat. Gather together for a movie on comfortable couches and chairs in the living room or at the dining table with seating for six. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare delicious meals and offers plenty of room for others to jump in and help. The open-concept living/dining area is ideal for entertaining and the covered deck off of the living area expands the space, bringing in plenty of sunshine and a beautiful view from outdoors. When it’s time to retire, retreat to the master suite with a king-sized bed, en suite bath, and a private balcony overlooking Scenic Highway 30A. The guest suite is just as accommodating, with two double beds, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bath. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements while the adjustable desk, computer chair, monitor, mouse, and keyboard make working from the beach a cinch.
