Located just off of 30A and with two community pools, tennis courts, and quick and easy beach access, you’ll find plenty to keep you busy, all within walking distance!
Our Place on 30A is a stunning townhome with two bedrooms and two and a half baths accommodating up to eight. The spacious open floorplan welcomes you with cozy furnishings and light-filled spaces while natural finishes and soothing hues set the stage in this peaceful retreat. Gather together for a movie on comfortable couches and chairs in the living room or at the dining table with seating for six. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare delicious meals and offers plenty of room for others to jump in and help. The open-concept living/dining area is ideal for entertaining and the covered deck off of the living area expands the space, bringing in plenty of sunshine and a beautiful view from outdoors. When it’s time to retire, retreat to the master suite with a king-sized bed, en suite bath, and a private balcony overlooking Scenic Highway 30A. The guest suite is just as accommodating, with two double beds, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bath. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements while the adjustable desk, computer chair, monitor, mouse, and keyboard make working from the beach a cinch. A spacious covered carport accommodates two vehicles, a golf cart, and even offers an enclosed storage area for all of your favorite beach toys.
Hang out at either of the 2 community pools, join in a friendly game of tennis, then cook the day’s catch on outdoor grills before venturing to the sugar-white shores for a leisurely stroll. Grab a bite at Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, browse the shops at Seaside, or spend an afternoon exploring at nearby Grayton Beach State Park. The sky’s the limit!
Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Summary: This is the 3rd unit we’ve stayed in at legends and by far our favorite! It was so clean & well maintained. We loved how well the kitchen was stocked with all the items we could possible want to use. Can’t wait to stay here again!
