Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and the driveway to park. The garage is being used for the owner's storage. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly gardener, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.
All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business.
