Beautifully updated two bedroom two bathroom condo in the popular Ledges complex in Osage Beach. This is the perfect condo for you and your family to have a relaxing vacation.
Unit is completely furnished for all your possible needs - stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, propane BBQ pit, refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils. Covered deck with outdoor oscillating fans and deck furniture to relax on while overlooking the lake. There is electronic entry so that everyone in your group can have access. The unit is equipped with smart TVs so that you can access your Netflix, Hulu or Amazon accounts or just enjoy the Charter / Spectrum cable channels. There is also wireless internet in case you need to get some work done while on vacation.
Unit also comes with a 10 x 24 covered slip that is included and you can easily see while sitting on the deck.
Complex has two pools, one at each end of the complex - one is on the point and you can watch the boats in the main channel while you are playing in the pool, There is also a SAND BEACH that is always a fun place to lounge or hang out in the water and just relax. There is also a playground for the kids to play.
Master bedroom has a smart tv, it's own private bathroom, door directly to the deck and overlooks the lake.
Second bedroom has a full bed along with bunk beds for the kids and the second bathroom is located right outside of the bedroom entrance.
