This 30m2 T2 is located on the 9th and last floor, with elevator, of an Art Deco building facing the Catalans beach. Completely renovated, very quiet, overlooking the courtyard with an interview on the sea from the room and on Notre Dame de la Garde from the bedroom.
Its capacity is 4 people with an independent bedroom equipped with a 160*200 bed + 1 convertible 2-seater sofa located in the room (with 2 individual mattresses of 80*200). The bedding is new.
