Le Phénix is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You'll be greeted on site by a member of our team, who will introduce you to the apartment and how it works, and hand over the keys.
Other remarks:
- Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the bed will be made up on arrival.
- To get your stay off to a good start, we offer a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar bags.
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.
- To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
- To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
- Unfortunately, we cannot give you access to the property unless you sign a formal contract.

You'll be seduced by its proximity to the hyper-center, just a 15-minute walk away, and the Cité des Congrès, just 5 minutes away. For more nature and serenity, we suggest a stroll along the Loire or the Canal St Félix. Just a 5-minute walk away, you'll find the famous Lieu Unique, a cultural center turned national stage, housed in the former premises of the LU cookie factory. The famous Château des Ducs de Bretagne is less than a 10-minute walk away, and the train station is just a 10-minute walk away. If you prefer public transport, the busway is just 5 minutes away, as are tramway lines 2 and 3 (Hotel Dieu and Aimé Delrue stops). The C5 bus (Lieu Unique stop) is 2 minutes away and takes you directly to the station. From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle bus to the airport in around twenty minutes.
