- Located near the La Vache and Barrière de Paris metro stations, the apartment is located at the back of the courtyard and therefore very quiet, with low bright exposure and private parking in the courtyard.
- A friendly living room with table and 4 chairs, sofa, armchairs, coffee table and TV, high-speed wifi (fiber). The windows of the living room (of which 1 handle is broken) overlook the avenue.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, kettle, cooking utensils, battery of pots and pans, dolce gusto coffee maker (pods not provided), washing machine (laundry detergent not provided).
- A large room with a double bed (140x200cm) and beautiful storage spaces.
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) and storage.
