L'appartement se situe au rez de chaussée surélevé de l'immeuble et peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes (lit double dans la chambre principale et canapé lit dans le salon). Il a été entièrement réaménagé par le propriétaire et meublé par une décoratrice d’intérieur afin d'en faire un mélange chaleureux et contemporain avec un intérieur paisible .
La cuisine ensoleillée a vue sur les montagnes, le salon donnant sur une rue calme où vous pourrez vous relaxer devant la télévision.
L'atmosphère cosy du salon vous permet de vous détendre avant de visiter Annecy. La chambre principale est équipée d'un dressing.
L'appartement est bien isolé du bruit et est équipé d'un système intégré pour la TV, la musique, les films, le téléphone et la wifi.
