Lavender Place is a cute garden cottage attached to the main home but totally separate with its own entrance and yard.
You will be staying on our 4 and a half acre estate. Located in the beautiful foothills of Vista with a parklike setting.
The views are breathtaking. Hikings trails within feet of the flat. Lace up your hiking boots, bring your mountain bike and come explore Owens Peak of San Marcos which is just outside our backyard.
Private garden entrance to a charming vintage large studio flat. This 450 square foot space includes a full kitchen, large bathroom with a walk in shower, comfy queen size bed and a beautiful surprise dressing room.

You will have to use garden stairs to access the front door so guests with limited mobility may have a problem.
We created a private little getaway to offer folks a restful retreat from the world. But still close to all the things you need. Shopping, theaters, freeways are within minutes but once you arrive up the hill you feel far away.
This unit is an attached granny flat to a large tudor style country home.
Please note the hot water in the kitchen takes a minute or two to get hot
due to the distance of the water heater.
Before booking please read all house rules. Two person max and no extra guests or visitors on the property.
This rule will be strictly enforced! If unregistered guests are in the place the reservation will be cancelled with no refund.
We rescue Yorkshire Terriers and they will be gated in other areas of the property. Please do not try and pet them or enter their area as rescues are unpredictable. We will be happy to bring the calm friendly ones to meet you if you desire. Your safety is our main concern.
