Positive: Petit, mais spacieux :) Extremely clean — you walk in and immediately feel you made the right choice. The location is excellent: just a few minutes’ walk from the station - Gare de Toulouse-Matabiau, on a quiet and peaceful street. And a very important detail — it’s on the ground floor, so there’s no need to carry luggage up stairs, which makes a big difference. Access is simple and modern: the door opens with a code. No standing outside trying to find a lockbox, no confusing instructions, no waiting for replies. You arrive and walk straight in. Stress-free. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a washing machine that works well, a coffee machine, a toaster, a small fridge, and even space to hang clothes, which really helps keep things organized. The curtains are great, with a true blackout effect — even in the morning, the room stays very dark, perfect for sleeping in. The heating works perfectly — I didn’t feel cold at all. And unlike many studios, this one has a real bed — comfortable, with great sleep quality. The host deserves special mention: very kind, attentive, and above all, human. Always responsive and genuinely helpful. It’s one of those places that ends up being much better than many others that promise more. A rare balance between location, comfort, and price. I would come back without hesitation.
