Villa Azul is located on Polaris World's flagship resort El Valle. This villa’s style is a very LARGE 3 Bed villa (Algaba style)(280m2) on plot size 760m2 with it's own large private pool (Solar heated), Hydrotherapy Hot Tub and 5 Hole Putting Green! It has a large conservatory area, 2*BBQ's, 3 large bedrooms (all fitted wardrobes), 3 bathrooms, spacious kitchen (incl. microwave, dishwasher & American style fridge) and an ample utility area, consisting of an outside sink and washing machine/dryer.
The villa overlooks the Par 3 12th hole in a fantastic elevated private position. The course has a fantastic reputation and one of the best in the region. It is in an unspoilt, secluded area and has hosted the European Seniors Golf Tour Event....and is the most exclusive place to stay if you want the best in luxury and prestige. The spacious living area with its vaulted ceilings, combines traditional Spanish style architecture with contemporary furnishings for a truly deluxe experience.
For entertainment, alongside the heated pool and luxurious jacuzzi, the villa contains: a 42” TV with SKY sports and cinema, an Xbox Series S with games, a large ping pong table with paddles and balls, outside garden games and a poker set. Furthermore, on the El Valle resort there’s a Tennis and Paddle Tennis court, which we provide racket and balls for (stored in the walk-in-wardrobe), an onsite gym, a supermarket, a clubhouse which has a restaurant and of course an 18 hole golf course, which we also provide golf clubs/sets for guests use, stored in the outside shed. This vacation spot has something for everyone, perfect for every family and group of friends!
There is a Guest Welcome Book provided with lots of information, including things to do, places to see and recommended restaurants. We have had Villa Azul since 2008 so we are very educated on what's the best in the area, there's something nearby to do for everyone! Parking is free anywhere on El Valle resort and the Villa's driveway can fit 3-4 standard size cars.
El Valle Golf Resort, built in 2008 is the most exclusive complex of the Polaris World Resorts with it's superior surroundings and luxury quality homes.
The deluxe development of 5 star properties comprising Apartments and Villas surrounding an 18 hole, medium-length, par-71 Jack Nicklaus designed golf course (71 6,355m).
The resort also contains an exclusive Club House with fantastic views of the golf course. It features a bar/restaurant, a golf pro-shop and a large lounge areas for visitors to relax in. Next to the Club House there is a supermarket offering a full range of items as well as a home delivery service for residents of the resort. Furthermore, a Tennis and Padel Tennis court is just opposite. Finally there are two playgrounds for children.
