Summary: I sell tshirts and apparel at trade shows, and bring a crew of five or six to help. This property was close to the show, so I was able to commute with everyone, keep everything together and enjoy the use of a kitchen for less expenses for food and hotel. This rental was fairly clean, minus some dishes and old cookware. The large areas were nice and spacious to accommodate all five of us. I do wish the pool and jaccuzzi had been heated and that cable television was available. Really enjoyed the master suite with the deck and large bathroom space. A little outdated, but we don't really care about that as much as having a comfortable place to crash and hang out with our friends and coworkers.
