La Borie is a holiday home on the border between the Dordogne and Lot regions of France. Our accommodation is a beautiful 17th century converted barn comprising two gites together, each with their own kitchens and living areas, housing up to 14 guests in total. La Borie is ideal for large families with children or group bookings. Guests have exclusive use of a large private swimming pool and extensive garden areas.

Overview:
The gites are located just outside the beautiful village of Frayssinet-le-Gélat, with a bakery, a restaurant and a village shop all within walking distance. There are countless activities and sights within a short distance, including the Dordogne and Lot rivers offering the most scenic kayaking in France, many prehistoric caves & picturesque medieval castles, and some of France's best vineyards.
The gites comprise two properties rented together, each with their own fully-equipped kitchens and large living areas. Both gites have:
- Spacious fully equipped individual kitchens with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, cooker, hob, microwave, coffee machine, etc.
- Individual open-plan lounge/dining areas with sofas and table
- 3 king-size ensuite bedrooms with showers (two in one gite; one in the other)
- 2 family bedrooms (one in each gite), both with two single beds and a bunk bed
- Individual family bathrooms, each with a bath and shower
- HD TVs with UK Freeview and media inputs; DVD player with DVDs
- High-speed WiFi throughout the property, including outdoor areas
- Electricity, water and gas all included

Outside Facilities:
- Covered patio areas with table and seating for 8-10 people in one gite and 6 people in the other, which can be combined to seat all guests comfortably
