Enjoy a fully furnished kitchen, nice patio with new furniture and new, large gas grill, 55" TCL Roku TV with basic channel package and streaming services, Blu Ray player, HDMI inputs for your own gadgets, high speed internet, full size washer and dryer, ample closets, some basic supplies, and even a land line phone for your convenience. The new gas fireplace and new heating and A/C units installed October 2020 will ensure your comfort!
Enjoy the greenbelt from the south facing patio and watch the balloons be filled and launched every morning with your coffee.
