LIVING AREAS
Gather in the comfy living room on the soft couches for a movie on the 52” flat screen TV with HBO Max. We do not have cable but the Youtube TV app has over 80 major channels you can choose from! No lagging with with our 1GB speed fiber optics internet. No electronics? enjoy a night of laughs playing games around the coffee table.
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare favorite foods in the kitchen fully stocked with all the gadgets you might need - including a convection cooktop, a coffee maker, and microwave. Take in lovely views from the kitchen windows, or have appetizers at the kitchen bar with seating for three. When it’s time for dinner, call your crew to the eight-person dining table for a family-style feast.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
Down the spiral staircase, on the lower level, find quiet privacy in the master bedroom with a king-size bed, sitting area, and a private balcony. The adjacent bathroom features a walk-in shower.
On the second floor, a lofted sleeping area has two queen beds, two skylights, and plenty of space to relax.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Have morning coffee off the master bedroom on the private balcony with ample covered seating and dazzling vistas. Or convene on the main balcony with seating for nine, a table for drinks and snacks, and spectacular panoramas.

NOTE: The city and the code enforcement officers PROHIBIT limousines and SUV luxury transport from stopping in the middle of the street to pick up guests.
It is also a safety hazard because of the limited visibility, as there's a terrace underneath & they stop in the middle of the two lane street near a blind curb and it all poses safety risk to residents, the driver and guests. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!
Please be advised that PARKING along the frontage of Montecito Blvd, which is along the graveled shoulder of the road is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
