The bungalow has a fully fitted modern well-equipped kitchen, diner with and a dining table and chairs, a highchair is available. The level access to the bungalow is via a ramp accessed directly from the private parking area.
There is an enclosed rear garden with a raised decking area and patio accessed directly from the lounge via a ramp.
In the accessible bedroom there is a profiling bed and a ceiling track hoist,. There is a temporary carer bed in here, if required.
