Positive: Great location on the lake and easy access to the amphitheater for concerts.
Negative: Like staying in an old motel. Very noisy from the hallway and the upstairs condo. Bed was uncomfortable. Very little glassware, burners on stove were disconnected, door lock on back patio does not work (use stick).
