This lakefront home offers private access to one of the most popular lakes in eastern Orlando. The area is quiet with residential houses on both sides and backing up to the Lake George.
Although there is a Publix plaza arguably walking distance away, travel by car is essential.
The listing is Pet-Friendly; HOWEVER, you MUST include your pet with your booking and pay the applicable fee (with the exception of support animals with their necessary documentation).
Guests, under no circumstances, cannot disconnect the camera hub or wifi modem. Tampering with either will be charged a $500 fee.
A late check out fee of $100 will be applied for any guests that do not leave by the reserved time unless previously discussed and agreed upon.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm
if we get called or fined for any disturbing of the peace or noise violations, the guest will be charged.
Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. If a violation of these rules are confirmed to have occurred, a $500 Party Violation Fee will be applied, and your account reported.
Do not use the neighbors driveway to turn around or enter/exit through their private gate.
