Lakehouse Paradise is a great escape for those staying on Greers Ferry Lake. Located in Edgemont, Arkansas, this rentalm offers close proximity to swimming areas, boat launches and marinas, lake and river fishing access, three tremendous golf courses, walking trails, grocery and convenience stores, and restaurants, including Jansen's Lakeside Restaurant, which is within walking distance. Our home can accommodate up to 10 adults and 4 children.
Our vacation home is situated on over one acre of amazing tree covered grounds. The property backs up to the white line of the middle fork section of Greers Ferry Lake. The large front deck overlooks a breath taking lake view across Edgemont Road. The 2007 built main house offers a well-appointed and beautifully decorated open concept living, dining and kitchen area, a master bedroom with master bath, a half bath, and laundry room, all located on the first floor. A lovely wood burning fireplace adorns the living room. The kitchen bar and dining area table can seat up to 14. Two large bedrooms and a full bath are located upstairs. These bedrooms are furnished with 2 queen beds, a full bed, a full size futon sofa bed for adults and 2 sets of bunk beds for children less than 100 lbs. each. The home is fully furnished and provides all that is necessary for a vacation retreat.
The outside area of the property has an additional deck on the back of the house, a large gravel circular parking area, gravel parking area at the side of the house, and a gravel patio area in front of and under the large deck on the front side of the house. This lower area offers the same breath taking lake view as the large front deck. A metal fire pit and a charcoal grill are provided for outdoor gatherings. Seating/dining for 12 is provided on the upper deck and 8 Adirondack chairs are situated under the covered gravel patio area. Additional outdoor seating is provided as needed.
Located just miles from this amazing property are the cities of Fairfield Bay and Greers Ferry. Services located in one or both of these locations are putt-putt golf, horseback riding, a beautiful fee based large swimming pool, marinas with boat, boat slip, and jet ski rental; 2 golf courses, 3 campgrounds, all with swim beaches; boat launch areas, parks, banks, post offices, medical and dental clinics, pharmacies, and well stocked grocery stores. Traveling for several more miles you will find the cities of Heber Springs and Clinton, The Little Red River, Buffalo National River, and Blanchard Springs Caverns.
