Positive: The lake view and access is wonderful.
Negative: The balconies are together, so not private. The house next door played loud music one day. Dogs are not pooper scooped, so in your packing spot.
Summary: Beautiful location and view. Wonderful decor. Great swimming off the dock. No hot tub or kayaks.
