We have a beautiful lakefront home with a 45 foot long infinity swimming pool overlooking Lake Edmonds, just 8 minutes from the heart of Historic Downtown Charleston, 15 minutes from Folly Beach, 10 minutes to a Municipal Golf Course and a Boat Launch is just blocks away. You can tour Historic Charleston and come home to a swim in the pool or a kayak ride on the lake!
Completely renovated and updated in 2017, the beautiful home offers four bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms as well as a half powder bath. Two en-suite Master bedrooms, one on ground floor, with deep soaking, jetted tub and shower. The first floor of the home is a spacious open concept with a cathedral ceilinged living room, dining room, kitchen and stunning sun room. The sunroom has windows on three sides facing the lake and the infinity swimming pool with its refreshing fountains. There is also a screen porch, and large deck facing the pool and lake. The living room has a spectacular gas fireplace with a one-of-a-kind "hand-woven stone" surround topped with a 53" Flat Screen TV with cable, etc. There are also a flat screen TV's in both Master en-suite bedrooms. The kitchen has a 8' wide window offering direct views of the pool and professionally landscaped backyard leading down to the lake. There are new stainless steel appliances with a gas stove top, refrigerator/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster oven and all the dishes and utensils a cook for a family could need. There is a Powder 1/2 Bath on this floor as well as a separate Laundry Room with full sized washer and dryer.
On the second floor are three bedrooms and two full baths. The en-suite Master Bedroom has a King sized bed. There is a double sink granite topped vanity as well as shower and toilet in the en-suite bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor; one with a Queen sized bed and one with two twin sized beds. The second bath has a tub with shower, toilet and granite topped vanity with a single sink.
The home has central heat and air-conditioning with two systems and thermostats so that the temperature on the first and second floors can be different depending upon your preferences.
All utilities are included in the rent, except pool heating, for which there will be an extra charge for additional gas usage. Garden and pool maintenance also included.
We have a minimum stay requirement of 30 days or more. So you can settle in and make yourself at home!
